2. Use of Service
CommunityGlows provides a social-operations workspace for working across social networks:
- Create and switch between social profiles
- Access supported social networks from one interface
- Plan and organize publishing workflows
- Keep session and preference data in sync
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the social content and configuration you create using CommunityGlows. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you.
5. Intellectual Property
CommunityGlows and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CommunityGlows and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Third-Party Services
CommunityGlows may load supported social platforms as websites from within the app. Your use of each social service remains subject to that provider's own terms and policies. CommunityGlows is not affiliated with those providers, does not guarantee that an embedded platform will remain available, and does not make consent choices or automate third-party interface actions for you.
7. Limitation of Liability
CommunityGlows is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
