Tools in service of the relationship

Less noise. More presence.

CommunityGlows brings your accounts, networks, and working context into one calm space. Spend less time rebuilding your setup — and more time listening, responding, and caring for the relationships that matter.

The real work happens between posts

A community is not a task list to manage.

Behind every comment, message, and piece of feedback is a person choosing to give you their attention. Good tools do not replace that relationship. They help you make room for it.

Listen with intention

Return to the right context to notice questions, needs, and the familiar voices that keep showing up.

Respond with presence

Reduce the distractions around an exchange so you can offer a useful answer instead of a rushed reaction.

Protect continuity

Keep next actions nearby so you can continue a conversation without losing its human thread.

Your social workspace

Features that protect your attention and context

Windows app: features depend on your installed version. Cards marked “in preparation” describe upcoming improvements with no promised date. Browser extensions, in preparation, run inside your browser profile: they share its sessions and do not isolate networks.

Isolated sessions per profile and network

Separate personal, work, client, and project spaces. In the Windows and Android apps, each profile and network pair keeps its own isolated session: cookies, storage and cache never mix. Check the active account before posting; this does not make you anonymous to social networks.

Your networks together

Open X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, Threads, Telegram, and other services from the same interface.

Focus controls

Use grayscale, light or dark appearance, media mute, and adjustable text size where supported to stay present with the task in front of you.

Layout presets

Show networks side by side in columns, rows, focus or grid, with a tasks panel. Check your version’s release notes.

Scenes — in preparation

Save a named layout for a profile and return to your workspace. This improvement is being prepared for release.

Tasks

Keep a next action with people, links, notes, tags, a priority and a due date. Rename board stages to organize follow-ups; tasks do not automate social posts. During the trial, contacts and Kanban boards stay on this device; full sync comes with lifetime access.

Custom links

Place useful working resources beside your networks. Availability and session behavior depend on each destination and platform.

Windows and Android available now

Windows and Android are publicly downloadable. The Chrome and Firefox extensions are in preparation; no public Linux or Apple download is currently offered.

Shortcuts and backup

On Windows, customize shortcuts and use local backup to keep your data. Sessions only travel through an explicit export when included.

From system to human connection

A workspace that supports your rhythm without dictating your voice.

CommunityGlows organizes the conditions around the work. The quality of the relationship remains yours: how you listen, how you speak, and how you return to people.

01

Prepare the right context

Open the profile, networks, and supporting links connected to one audience, client, or project.

02

Arrive with an intention

Choose whether you are here to listen, answer, publish, or follow up before the feed decides for you.

03

Leave a next step

Keep track of what deserves a reply, a return visit, or another conversation so continuity can grow over time.

Three products

One workspace, three products

The three products share one workspace idea, but not the same guarantees. The Windows and Android apps isolate each profile and network natively; the browser extension runs inside your browser profile, so it cannot.

Good to know

  • Two copies of the same network inside the same profile share that profile’s session. This is by design.
  • On Android devices whose WebView lacks multi-profile support, the app switches to a fallback mode: slower switching, no warm session pool, and some site storage may not be swapped.
  • The extension uses the sign-ins and cookies of your browser profile; it does not separate them per network.
  • Isolation applies at the session and storage level. It is not an operating-system security sandbox: the apps run under your Windows or Android user.
