How can we help?

Start here to install CommunityGlows on Windows, organize your profiles and resolve common issues.

For a website purchase, use the link in your welcome email: access is associated with the address entered in Stripe. Install CommunityGlows, then open that link without creating a password or entering a code. Opening an expired link requests a new link to the same email; do not pay again.

Already purchased or received a code?

Do not buy another license to unlock an existing purchase. Sign in to the CommunityGlows account you intend to use, then open billing. An activation code is redeemed inside the app; it is not a discount code to enter in Stripe.

Open billing in CommunityGlows

This link requires the installed Windows app. Check your access status after redemption. If the code is rejected, already used, or the status does not change, keep the exact message and contact the seller through your order’s private support channel. Never post your code in a public issue.

Included access, any code-stacking rules and refund conditions are defined by the offer you purchased. A partner offer and the website’s direct offer may have different terms.

Frequently asked questions

Which version should I download?

The public launch focuses on Windows. The download page lists the available channel and release notes. Android, extensions and other operating systems are not included in that distribution promise.

Do I need an account for each network?

Your CommunityGlows account and your social accounts are separate. Sign in to each network inside the intended profile and check its avatar before acting. Creating a profile does not create an account with that network.

A network refuses to sign in.

Record the exact message, check your connection and test the same account in your usual browser. A platform may reject a WebView or require two-factor authentication. Do not bypass its protections; avoid clearing sessions before backing up and understanding the problem.

Why is the wrong account showing?

Check the active profile and the identity displayed inside the site. Do not publish while the context is uncertain. Report the network and the profile-switching steps without including cookies or sign-in data.

Do tasks and sign-ins sync?

Tasks participate in workspace synchronization in compatible versions, using local storage and transmission when connected. Social sessions remain attached to the device. A local save does not prove that another device has received the data.

Does a Scene replace a backup?

No. A Scene records a panel arrangement. A native backup is a separate password-protected file. Back up your current state before restoring: restoration can replace data and affect synchronization.

The app or a network is slow.

Reduce the number of open networks, then repeat the same action. A video or hidden page may still do background work. If the issue persists, report the network, number of views and affected action.

Why is a feature from the guide missing?

Compare your version with its release notes. Bento refinements and its task panels may still be awaiting release. A development demonstration does not prove they are present in the public installer.

How do I check a trial or purchase?

Read the pricing conditions and the status displayed by your account. Downloading is not activation. If a payment appears charged without access, keep its reference and use the indicated contact channel; do not post receipts or payment details in a public issue.

Report a problem

For a non-confidential technical problem, check existing issues and then report it in the official repository. Include the CommunityGlows and Windows versions, network, steps, expected result and exact error.

Open GitHub issues

GitHub issues are public and posting requires a GitHub account. Never include passwords, tokens, cookies, private messages, receipts or payment information. For a private purchase question, use the contact provided in your order confirmation.
