One conversation, three places
The first contact happened on LinkedIn, the reply came on Instagram, the quote sits in Gmail. Every time you come back, you rebuild the thread from memory before you can write a single line.
You sell through LinkedIn, Instagram and your inbox, with a personal account and a company account on each. CommunityGlows gives you a profile for you and one for the company, every network signed in on its own, and Tasks that keep the next step written down. It is not a CRM, and it does not pretend to be one.

The first contact happened on LinkedIn, the reply came on Instagram, the quote sits in Gmail. Every time you come back, you rebuild the thread from memory before you can write a single line.
Your personal Instagram and the company’s share one browser. Answering a prospect means logging out of one, into the other, and checking twice which account is about to send.
“I’ll get back to you on Thursday.” Then Thursday fills up. Without a CRM, the follow-up depends on your memory, and a warm conversation cools down quietly.
Create a profile for you and one for the company, add the networks and links each one needs, and sign in once per account. From then on, changing identity is a click, not a logout.
Each profile-and-network pair keeps its own cookies and storage: a dedicated WebView2 data folder on Windows, a native WebView profile on Android. Your personal Instagram and the company’s stay signed in at the same time. The same network added twice in one profile shares its session, so give each identity its own profile.
Keep personal and company accounts apartPick from more than 50 networks and services, then add the links you open every day: your webmail, your booking page, your invoicing tool, or the CRM you already use. On Windows, place them side by side so you reply with the context in view.
See all featuresA Task says what you will do, for whom and by when: people, a note, the link to the conversation, extra links, tags, a priority and a due date, on a board with three stages you can rename. It never sends a message and never reads a conversation.
Follow up across LinkedIn, Instagram and GmailIn your personal profile, you answer two comments under yesterday’s LinkedIn post. One is from Camille, who runs a small studio and asks how you work.
You switch to the company profile. Its Instagram is already signed in, with a question about your rates from overnight. You reply as the company, without logging out of your own account.
You create the Task “Send Camille a proposal”: Camille as the person, the link to the LinkedIn comment, a note on what the studio needs, high priority, due Thursday.
In the company webmail, added as a custom link in that profile, you draft the proposal and paste the thread’s link into the same Task.
On Windows, your LinkedIn messages and the company inbox sit next to each other while you write Camille a short note: the proposal is on its way.
On the board, whose stages you renamed To contact, In conversation and Waiting, Camille moves to In conversation. You check what is due tomorrow and close the app. Tomorrow, your sessions are still open and the board is where you left it.
No. Tasks hold people, notes, links, tags, priorities and due dates on a board with three stages you can rename. There is no contact record that follows a person across networks, no automatic reminder per person, no pipeline reporting, and the app never reads your conversations or sends anything for you. If you need those, keep a CRM: Breakcold, ClarkUp and Dex are in the catalog, so their web app can sit in your profile next to your networks.
Following up without a heavy CRMMostly the time it takes to sign in once to each account. Create a profile for you and one for the company, add the networks you actually use, sign in, and start. Begin with two or three networks; you can add the rest when you need them.
The Windows getting-started guideBrowser profiles are free and do separate sign-ins: if one window per account suits you, keep them. Many CRMs have free plans too. CommunityGlows is for people who want every account of every profile ready in one window, with the follow-ups next to them. Try it for 30 days with no card. After that, lifetime access is €149 incl. VAT, paid once, with no subscription.
How to choose a multi-account toolYour sign-ins stay on your device, in each profile’s own data space, and sync never carries them. With lifetime access, profiles, settings, links and tasks can follow you between Windows and Android. CommunityGlows does not read your conversations. Isolation keeps your accounts apart; it does not make you anonymous to the networks.
What stays local and what syncsCommunityGlows automates nothing: you use each network’s own pages, and every message is sent by you. It cannot bypass captchas, verifications or a platform’s rules, and some services, Google in particular, may refuse certain sign-in steps inside an embedded view.
What the app can and cannot do about platform rulesNot yet. CommunityGlows runs on Windows and Android. macOS, iPhone and Linux are planned, with no date promised. Chrome and Firefox extensions are in preparation, and they cannot isolate sessions: they use your browser’s sign-ins.
